Journey Update 11/6/2011

I signed up with for a 6 month workout plan.  I have scheduled a 4 day per week workout which will take me through April 2012.  My plan is to loose another 25 pounds and get my BMI down from 32% to 25%.

This presents an interesting scenario since January through April is my busiest, most challenging time of the year.  I am hoping that the workout's will create a much needed stress-relief for me.
