Thanksgiving 2011 our family gathered at the Colville Street Rec Center thanks to my sister Kelly.  We played basketball, badmitten and pickleball.

We had a fantastic time this year!

New Measurements are in...

11-29-11 Measurements from BootCamp

I've dropped from 32.07% body fat to 29.85%!  And about 3/4 to 1 inch in almost all measurements and I have lost another 4 pounds!

I have lost 20 lb so far!!

Journey Update 11/6/2011

I signed up with www.sceniccitybootcamp.com for a 6 month workout plan.  I have scheduled a 4 day per week workout which will take me through April 2012.  My plan is to loose another 25 pounds and get my BMI down from 32% to 25%.

This presents an interesting scenario since January through April is my busiest, most challenging time of the year.  I am hoping that the workout's will create a much needed stress-relief for me.

October 25th Update

Susan G Komen Race


Sunday, September 25 2011 Jami and I participated in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure in Chattanooga.  We both walked really fast - average pace 17 minute mile - beating our average pace by 3 minutes!!

New Measurements are in...

I have lost almost 6 inches in my waist line, 4 inches in my thigh and 1 inch around my neck and shoulders.

My fitness assessment today showed improvement in my heart rate capacity, weight lifting - bench press and push ups.

So, this fitness program is really doing it's job to "SHRINK" me!!!

Before Picture

The Beginnings

June 2011 trip to Orange Beach...bathing suite pictures...and wow I could not believe my eyes!!  Thus began my new life journey back from 176lbs to 135lbs!!

July 14th I hired a personal trainer and nutrition expert at Fitness Together here in Chattanooga.  

Three days a week strenth training for 45 minutes and at least 30 minutes everyday cardio.  I have lost 13lbs so far and I am going today to get measured - I will post that update later on today.
